Balloons & Inflatable Items — Usage, Defects & Claims Policy

Product Nature & Quality Checks

Balloons and inflatable products are made from flexible materials and may occasionally develop leaks, punctures, or burst during inflation or use. Where applicable, products undergo manufacturer-level checks; however, these checks cannot guarantee that every item will be free from defects. Certain issues may only become apparent when a product is inflated or used.

Usage Guidelines

Customers should inflate products gradually and within the recommended size or capacity. Avoid overinflation, sharp objects, excessive heat, and rough handling. We strongly recommend testing balloons and inflatable items well in advance of any planned event and keeping spare items available.

Defect Reporting & Claims

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team promptly after discovering the issue. Share your order number and clear photos or videos showing the product and the reported defect. An unboxing video, where available, may help with verification.

Each claim will be reviewed individually. Where a genuine product defect is verified, a replacement or refund may be offered, as applicable, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Event Planning & Limitations

Balloons and inflatable products can occasionally fail despite careful handling. As these products are often used for time-sensitive celebrations and events, customers are advised to inspect and test them well before their intended use and arrange suitable spares.

Sports N Toys Hub cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance of these products or the availability of replacements at short notice. We are unable to guarantee compensation for event disruption, missed celebrations, decoration costs, or other consequential losses arising from product failure, subject to applicable law and the customer's statutory rights.

This policy does not remove any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
